Inter House Football competition
It was great to see so many students taking part in the KS3 Inter House Football competition today. Well done to Alton who won the Y7 competition and Chartley who won the Y8 competition.

Students have arrived at Ingestre Hall a Grade II* 17th-century Jacobean mansion near Stafford, formerly the seat of the Earls Talbot and then the Earls of Shrewsbury. They are looking forward to an exciting range of activities over the next few days.
Windsor Park supported this excellent cause, which helps towards improving the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Students and staff came to school wearing something spotty or wearing Pudsey Bear merchandise.
On behalf of the school, our Senior Students laid a wreath at the Uttoxeter War Memorial, to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.
Well done to our KS3 Cross Country team after their great performance today and congratulations to those who qualified for the next stage. They certainly didn’t look this clean after they’d raced!
We marked Remembrance Week 2023 with a range of activities from assemblies to the whole school two minutes silence in the school playground. The Art club students created a beautiful display to commemorate those who have have fallen in war and the work of the British Legion in supporting survivors.
Year 5&6 had an amazing afternoon at Denstone College playing rugby. The boys had so much fun and certainly enjoyed their food afterwards! Year 5 had a great result and won. Year 6 battled well but unfortunately lost by two tries. Well done to everyone involved.

It was great to see so many students competing yesterday in a local netball tournament. These girls have shown a real commitment to the lunchtime club and it was very rewarding giving them all the opportunity to represent the school.
