Welcome

Headteacher's Welcome

As the new Executive Headteacher of Windsor Park CE Middle School, it is both a privilege and a pleasure to welcome you to our website. I hope you find the information here helpful and that it gives you a sense of what makes our school such a special place. We are always pleased to welcome visitors; if you would like to see the school in action, please contact the office to arrange a visit – we would be delighted to meet you.

Windsor Park is a mixed middle school for pupils aged 9–13. We are proud to be an inclusive Christian community where every individual is known, valued and supported. As a member of the Innovate 2 Educate Partnership, we benefit from shared expertise and collaboration, which strengthens our provision and enriches the experience of our pupils.

At Windsor Park, we believe in education in its fullest sense – developing character, nurturing talents, and preparing our young people for life beyond the classroom. We build on our history, make the most of each day, and look to the future with optimism and ambition. This is Learning for Life – “Teach me good judgement and knowledge” – Psalm 119:66.

Our ethos and values are grounded in the teachings of Jesus. We aim to shape not only successful learners but also kind, honest and courageous individuals. We are passionate about creating a learning environment where curiosity is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and every child is supported to thrive. Learning here is active, purposeful and inclusive – every child is encouraged to take part, find their voice, and grow in confidence.

Above all, it is the strength of our relationships that defines us. We care deeply about each child’s wellbeing, happiness and personal development. Our pupils are thoughtful, responsible and full of potential – and it is a joy to share in their journey.

Welcome to Windsor Park CE Middle School.
