Our athletes proudly represented East Staffordshire at the County Championships in Stoke, delivering some outstanding performances. With a host of fantastic results and medals won, we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements.
A special mention goes to Bea, who has qualified to represent Staffordshire this weekend at the prestigious Masons Trophy Competition after securing an impressive 2nd place finish in the 1500m. Even more remarkably, Bea was competing against athletes from Years 8 and 9, making her achievement truly exceptional.
The Masons Trophy Competition is open to students in Years 8–11, so for our Year 7 pupil, Isabel, she has gone as far as she can this year but we have no doubt that she’ll be back ready to take on the Masons Trophy Competition next year.
